Every order at Zartajk goes through a thorough quality check before it is packed. We photograph your items and share pictures with you before dispatch, so you can see exactly what is on its way. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Before we ship
We Share Photos Before Delivery
Before your parcel leaves Pakistan, we photograph every item in your order and share them with you directly via WhatsApp or email. This protects both you and us, and ensures there are no surprises at the door.
What photos confirm
- ✓Correct item, correct colour, correct design
- ✓Stitching and embroidery quality
- ✓Jewelry condition before packing
- ✓Khussa condition and matching pair
- ✓All items in your order are present
After photos are approved
- !Items are sealed and dispatched
- !Pre-shipment condition is documented
- !Any dispute after delivery must account for approved photos
- !No returns will be accepted for items that matched approved photos

Our Key Policies
Third-Party Brand Items — Transit Damage
Zartajk works with trusted third-party brands and suppliers to bring you the widest possible selection. However, if an item from a third-party brand arrives damaged, whether during transit from the brand to us, or during international delivery to you, Zartajk cannot be held responsible for compensation.
We do our absolute best to inspect items when they arrive at our facility and to pack them with the utmost care. However, transit damage caused by external couriers or suppliers is outside our direct control.
Custom Stitching — Sizing Policy
Our tailors are experienced, trained professionals who have crafted garments for customers across the world. When you place a custom stitching order, we ask you to provide your exact measurements — chest, waist, length, and any other relevant details.
Once those measurements are received and your garment is stitched, sizing complaints after delivery will not be accepted. Our tailors work precisely to the measurements you provide. If the measurements you submitted were incorrect, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Eligible for return
- ✓Unstitched fabric — unused, unwashed, in original packaging
- ✓Ready-to-wear clothing — unworn, tags fully attached
- ✓Jewelry — unused and in original packaging
- ✓Khussa — unworn, in original packaging
- ✓Items that are genuinely different from what was ordered
Not eligible for return
- ✗Custom stitched or made-to-measure orders
- ✗Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
- ✗Items without original tags or packaging
- ✗Sale or discounted items (unless genuinely faulty)
- ✗Items approved via pre-shipment photos then claimed as incorrect
- ✗Transit damage on third-party brand items
How it works
The 4-Step Return Process
Contact Us Within 7 Days of Delivery
Reach us via WhatsApp or email at hello@zartajk.com. Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photographs of the item as received. Do not send anything back without first contacting us.
Within 7 days of deliveryWe Review & Respond
Our team will review your request alongside the pre-shipment photos we took before dispatch. We will respond within 48 hours with either an approval, a rejection with explanation, or a request for more information.
Within 48 hoursShip the Item Back to Us
If your return is approved, we will send you our return address. Please use a tracked shipping service, we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
Tracked shipping recommendedRefund or Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive something that is genuinely damaged, faulty, or completely different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologise. We take full responsibility and will make it right at no cost to you.
