Zartajk is an online retail brand based in Sadiqabad, Punjab, Pakistan. We sell eastern clothing for men, women, and children, kundan jewelry, and traditional khussa footwear. Our primary customer base is the Overseas Pakistani community living abroad, including in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, the UAE, Australia, and beyond.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Pakistan. Zartajk operates exclusively as an online store — we do not operate a physical retail location open to the public.

- Fabric texture, embroidery detail, and embellishment may look different in photographs compared to in person, this is a natural limitation of photography and does not constitute a fault or misrepresentation
- Handcrafted items such as kundan jewelry and embroidered garments may have minor natural variations, each piece is made by hand and slight differences from images are expected and not considered defects
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
Pricing & Currency
All prices on ZartajK.com are listed in the currency displayed on the website at the time of browsing. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.
- Prices do not include import duties, customs charges, or local taxes in your country, these are the customer's sole responsibility
- Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed
- Promotional or sale prices apply only during the specified offer period and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed

Orders & Contract
Placing an order on zartajk.com constitutes an offer to purchase goods under these Terms & Conditions. A binding contract between you and Zartajk is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- An item becomes out of stock after your order is placed

- We are unable to fulfil the order for any operational reason

Custom Stitching
ZartajK offers custom stitching services carried out by our trained, experienced tailors. When you place a custom stitching order, you are required to provide your exact measurements, including but not limited to chest, waist, hip, length, and sleeve measurements.
Our tailors work precisely to the measurements you submit. By providing your measurements and confirming your order, you accept full responsibility for their accuracy.
- Sizing complaints after delivery will not be accepted if the garment matches the measurements you provided
- No refund, exchange, or alteration will be offered for sizing issues arising from inaccurate customer measurements
- Custom stitched garments cannot be cancelled once stitching has commenced
- Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Sadiqabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and reflect average transit times, they are not guaranteed.
- Processing time is typically 2–5 business days; custom orders may take longer
- International delivery timelines vary by destination, please refer to our Delivery & Orders page for country-specific estimates
- A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch
- Risk in goods passes to the customer upon handover to the courier
- Zartajk is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier service disruptions, weather, public holidays, or any other event outside our control
We recommend placing orders at least 3–4 weeks before your event or occasion, particularly for Eid, weddings, or other time-sensitive celebrations.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Zartajk has no control over customs processes or the charges applied by foreign authorities
- Customs delays may extend delivery timelines beyond our estimates, this is beyond our control
- We will not falsify customs declarations or undervalue shipments under any circumstances
- If a parcel is held, seized, or returned by customs due to the customer's failure to pay duties or comply with local import requirements, Zartajk is not liable for any resulting loss
Pre-Shipment Photos
ZartajK photographs every order before it is packed and dispatched. These images are shared with the customer via WhatsApp or email to confirm the condition, colour, and contents of the parcel.
- Once pre-shipment photos have been shared and the order is dispatched, returns based on item appearance, colour, design, or perceived condition will not be accepted
- The pre-shipment photos serve as a documented record of the item's condition at the time of dispatch
- Any discrepancy between the approved photos and the item received must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
Third-Party Brands
Zartajk sources products from trusted third-party brands and suppliers. While we inspect items upon receipt at our facility, we are not the manufacturer of all goods sold on our platform.
- Zartajk is not liable for damage occurring during transit from a third-party supplier to our facility, or from our facility to the customer, where such damage is caused by the supplier's packaging, courier handling, or events outside our control
- If a third-party item arrives damaged, we will attempt to assist in resolving the matter with the relevant supplier, but we cannot guarantee compensation
- Customers are encouraged to photograph parcels upon arrival, before opening, to document any external damage
Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.
In summary:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Custom stitched, sale, and approved pre-shipment items are not eligible for return
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect
Intellectual Property
All content on zartajk.com — including but not limited to brand name, logo, product photography, website design, text, graphics, and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of Zartajk.
- No content from this website may be reproduced, copied, republished, uploaded, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from Zartajk
- You may not use our brand name, logo, or images in any commercial context without written authorisation
